A future goal for the parish of St. Peter's is a comprehensive pastoral ministry. It is the express wish of the congregants of the parish that the ministry develop into a cooperative effort between the ordained ministry and the laity. Toward that end, three parishioners have completed eighteen months of intense training as pastoral ministers and will fully complete this diocesan training program in November 2006.

The parish looks forward to having a pastoral ministry where service and care are the focus of our church family.
